SNEAK PREVIEW at the SMPTE Conference November 11th 2020: RE:Vision Effects plug-ins used in film restoration

RE:Vision Effects will be showing their work-in-progress that will allow support of our plugins in Diamant. Some effects will require upcoming Diamant v13 (currently in beta) to work. As an example, we will demo RE:Match, our color matching software in action, show how you can use it to match a film negative to a print, use it to recover the color grading of a DVD to apply to a new high-resolution film scan, and variations on that theme.

We planned to show a preview of our upcoming DIAMANT-Film SUITE V13 with a series of innovations at this years IBC. But as you know, the show has been canceled. We have used the last months to work on our next major DIAMANT-Film Restoration version V13 and some innovations are already included in V12.1 which will be released in September 2020. V13 will be released in January 2021. |
