DIAMANT V3.0 - Released.

A new and interactive DIAMANT V3.0 is ready for release and to support the restorers daily busines. We have dropped away some of the inflexible features of Diamant, intensively respected practical user-feedback and succeeded in a revolutionary new version. Just to mention a short selection of the new features:

• Specific user-profile for Scratch-integration to support similar short-cuts, hotkeys and look&feel
• Integration into ARRI workflow as well as in DVS Clipster/Pronto (improved)
• DCI and JPEG2000 compliant (new)
• Support of MXF, openEXR and AVI file formats (new)
• 3D-LUT suppport (new)
• Reverse Telecine tool (new)
• Priority management and handling of automatic restoration jobs (new)
• Scaleable speed and throughput up to 0.2 secs/image (improved)
• Support of infrared scan-formats (alpha-channel) for ARRIScan, NorthLight and Cintel (improved)

NAB 2009, April 20-23rd, 2009 - Las Vegas

We have decided to skip this year´s active presence at NAB show. We rather focus on the upcoming release of our DIAMANT V3, that will bring a revolutionary toolset for the restorer. International Digital Film Forum, IDIFF, Paris January, 28-30th 2009

DIAMANT digital film restoration products and DustBuster will be presented in the exhibition together with our French reseller AvantCam.
